Sailing Yoga Family
Today on the show we have an incredible story from the Martinez family, who wanted to take some time off and go sailing They share about their journey to get there, it was quite incredible, with lots of ups and downs. From flights, to RV life outside of London to finally moving onto the boat!
With 2 kids in tow, the most common way they traveled was enjoying the adventure for a long summer months and then finding a bit of work here and there during the winter.
Dini shares a lot about the low lows while living on the road during their RV days. She says at times you want to quit and it’s not all sunshine and happy memories. Her and her husband both agree that pushing on and enjoying the small things, made a huge difference. Learning to go with the flow is a huge lesson with family travel. You can’t have to much of a plan only because you don’t know the situations that will arise that you will need to conquer.
Since moving back to Australia, they know they will go out again. There’s a time for everything and the time right now is to be in Australia while the kiddos are young. Unfortunately, with family travel, usually once you do something epic…it only make you want to do something again, something similar! Can’t wait to hear where this awesome family will end up next :)
